SERVICE PRICES

The cost of each of our services is specified. Prices are exempt from IGIC in accordance with current tax regulations.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

To confirm a place in any activity, it is necessary to:

• Pay 50% of the total amount as a deposit.
  
  

• Send proof of payment by email or message so that the reservation is confirmed.
  
  

• The remaining balance will be paid at the end of the activity, preferably in cash or by prior agreement.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations by the client:

• At least 7 days before the activity date: full refund of the amount paid, minus €5 for administrative fees.
  
  

• Less than 7 days before: no refund will be issued.
  
  

• No-show on the day of the activity implies the total loss of the amount paid.
  
  

Cancellations by the Guide:
If the activity is cancelled for justified reasons (safety, weather, etc.), you will be offered:

• A new alternative date, or
  
  

• If preferred, a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any expenses derived from external services contracted directly by the participant (transport, accommodation, etc.).
  
  

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer’s right of withdrawal does not apply, since our services fall under the exceptions provided by law, being related to leisure activities with a set date or execution period.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights over the materials or content provided as part of this website belong to us or to those who have granted us a license for their use. You may only use such material as expressly authorized by us or our licensors. This does not prevent you from using this website to the extent necessary to copy information about your order or contact details.

OUR RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to review and amend these Terms at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms in force at the time you use this website or place each order, unless changes must be applied retroactively by law or governmental decision, in which case such changes will also affect orders previously placed.
