• Anything not expressly indicated as included in the activity description will be considered not included.

• Participants must arrive at the previously indicated meeting point by their own means.

• Punctuality is essential. The activity will start at the scheduled time and cannot be delayed due to late arrivals.

• The usual start time will be 08:00 h, unless the guide communicates a change for organizational, meteorological or safety reasons.

• The exact meeting point will be provided after reservation confirmation.

• The itinerary, activity area and schedule may be modified at any time for safety reasons, weather conditions or group level.

• Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

• It is mandatory to attend with the appropriate personal equipment and clothing for the activity and expected conditions.

• The guide may exclude from the activity, without the right to a refund, any participant who is not in adequate physical condition or who poses a risk to themselves or the group.

• In the event of adverse weather conditions or circumstances that compromise safety, the activity may be modified, postponed or cancelled.

• The duration of the activity is approximate and may vary depending on the group’s pace and external factors.

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, unless expressly authorized otherwise.

• Participants are responsible for informing in advance of any relevant medical condition.

• Transport of luggage or personal belongings during the activity is the responsibility of the participant.
